GaWaNi Pony Boy  (Eastern Band Cherokee)

GaWaNi Pony Boy has spent his life involved with creating, playing and performing music. He spent several years on the Pow Wow circuit playing with American Indian drum groups, learning both Northern and Southern songs.

This best selling author attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA in the early 80's, and has written 12 books on Native American Horsemanship, is published in the U.S. as well as in Europe. He has an established worldwide fan base, a hard-hit website www.ponyboy.com, including a message board with over 4,500 fans. Pony has become the most sought-after horse behaviorist in the United States and in high demand throughout the world. He  if the founder of Iyuptala University, an online college equivalent equine studies curriculum, and is currently on tour in the US and Europe. He has appeared on numerous TV shows including Larry King Live, Animal Planet,  Disney Europe, The Jack Hanna Show, World's Greatest Pets and many more. His vocals energize.

Beginning his musical training on the classical guitar, David is known for using complex chord structures and classical fingering techniques to create lush textures and soaring melodies with the bass guitar.  
David’s compositions have been used in movie soundtracks, commercials, CD’s and DVD’s and his studio expertise is always in high demand.  His work with AcoustiCon has been featured in many Nature Documentaries and as well as writing and recording the theme music for Chuck Norris’s UFAF Martial Art Instructional Videos.
